What should I do if my carer is sick/ taking holiday and is not available?


If your carer is taking holiday we would have already arranged a replacement and notified you of this. If they are sick, we will do our best to find a replacement for you.

What is your cancellation policy?


As long as you notify us of cancellation 48 hours before the appointment, you will not be charged for hourly or day care. For live-in care we would require 7 days notice of cancellation for you not to be charged.
